为了进一步了解和关爱外洋留学生在校学习和生计情况、增进对留学生所在的国度文化的强劲、培养学生外洋视线、促进文化交流和好意思丽疏通97色姐姐，外洋学院针对留学生推出了汲引敞开执行季“跨文化视线”之“和山面临面”系列访谈节目。10月18日下昼英语话语文化学院英语师范专科的潘锦同学（Pansy）对山康进行了访谈。
山康，来自阿根廷，2024级汉语话语文化专科的学生。
Nicolas， from Argentina， who is studying Chinese language and culture now.
尽管并未被明确条款，山康却主动成为首位制作PPT的访谈嘉宾，他极为精心性向中国粹生们详细了阿根廷的风土情面。
Although not explicitly requested， Nicolas took the initiative to become the first interview guest to create a PowerPoint presentation， and he was extremely attentive in outlining the customs and traditions of Argentina to the Chinese students.
山康：阿根廷一词源于拉丁文“Argentum”，意为“白银”，因为那时西班牙探险家到达好意思洲大陆，发现了当地东说念主带领银饰，还带了好多白银回欧洲。在阿根廷有好多来自意大利、西班牙和德国的外侨，像我的姓即是意大利式的，我的姆妈有德国氏的姓，是以咱们国度存在多元文化。
Nicolas: The word Argentina comes from the Latin word "Argentum"， meaning "silver"， because at that time， Spanish explorers arrived in the American continent and discovered that the local people were wearing silver jewelry and brought a lot of silver back to Europe. There are many immigrants from Italy， Spain and Germany in Argentina. For example， my last name is Italian and my mother has a German last name， so there is multiculturalism in our country.
山康：我摆设出了咱们国度的一些食品。
1.Asado
这是一种世界性的好意思食，频频在一又友和家东说念主约会技术在敞开式烤架上制作，和中国的烤串不同，好意思洲的烤肉频频是使用烤架对整块的排架、肉类进行烤制，用盐和胡椒调味，配上沙拉或薯条。
2. Empanada
极端有名，是用小麦面团制成的糕点，馅料频频是牛肉末，猪肉，鸡肉或火腿以及奶酪和蔬菜，还不错加香蕉，用辣椒、盐和孜然等香料调味，终末油炸。
3. Milanesa
这种炸肉排由牛肉而不是猪肉制成，是由意大利北部米兰的外侨带来咱们国度的。每片齐蘸上蛋液，凭证口味配上欧芹和大蒜，用盐和其他调味品调味，然后浸入面包屑中，并油炸。
4. Medialunas
这固然是法国外侨对咱们饮食极端径直的影响。与狠恶的羊角面包不同，Medialunas更小更甜，不错当作主食在早餐时配上咖啡食用。
5.Mate
马黛茶是咱们的本性，险些每个阿根廷东说念主齐会喝。喝法很有崇拜，不像喝一般的茶或咖啡，要先用特制的吸管、勺子和过滤器三合为一的用具，放进冲了水的茶里先吹贯串，然后再逐渐吸，喝起来有点像苦丁茶的滋味，若是以为苦，不错加点砂糖约略生果。
Nicolas: I have listed some foods in our country.
1.Asado
This is a national delicacy， usually prepared on an open grill during gatherings with friends and family. Unlike Chinese barbecue skewers， American barbecue is usually prepared using a grill to cook whole pieces of meat on a rack， seasoned with salt and pepper， and served with salad or fries.
2. Empanada
It is a very famous pastry made of wheat dough， with fillings usually including minced beef， pork， chicken or ham， as well as cheese and vegetables. It can also be topped with bananas， seasoned with spices such as chili， salt， and cumin， and finally deep fried.
3. Milanesa
This fried steak is made of beef instead of pork and was brought to our country by immigrants from Milan， northern Italy. Each slice is dipped in egg， seasoned with parsley and garlic according to taste， seasoned with salt and other seasonings， then dipped in breadcrumbs and deep fried.
4. Medialunas
This is of course the direct influence of French immigrants on our diet. Unlike ordinary croissants， Medialunas are smaller and sweeter， and can be eaten as a staple food with coffee at breakfast.
5.Yerba Mate
Yerba mate is our specialty， and almost every Argentine drinks it. It is the taste of hometown. Drinking method is very particular， unlike drinking ordinary tea or coffee， you need to use a special straw， spoon and filter， which are combined into a tool， put it into the water-filled tea and blow a breath first， then slowly suck it up. It tastes a bit like Kudingcha， if you find it bitter， you can add some sugar or fruit.

山康：阿根廷的当然欣喜极端壮不雅。
1. Perito Moreno Glacier
它在咱们国度的南部，浩大的垂直冰崖高达六十米以上，总面积比咱们的齐门还要大，被誉为世界上最壮不雅的冰川之一，我还没去过，用度有点崇高。
2.Catarats del Iguazú
它位于阿根廷、巴西和巴拉圭这三个国度的交壤处，是南好意思洲最大的瀑布，最宽处达4000多米，是世界上最宽的瀑布。它的融为一体之处在于不雅赏点多，从不同地点、不同标的、不同高度，看到的欣喜不同，蔚为奇不雅。
3. Aconcagua
海拔6960米，是南好意思洲最岑岭，亦然亚洲除外最高的山岳，阿空加瓜峰已经地球上海拔最高的死火山。
Nicolas: The natural scenery in Argentina is very spectacular.
1.Perito Moreno Glacier
It is located in the south of our country， with huge vertical ice cliffs reaching more than 60 meters high and a total area larger than our capital. It is known as one of the most spectacular glaciers in the world. I haven't been there yet， but the cost is a little expensive.
2.Catarats del Iguazú
It is located at the junction of Argentina， Brazil and Paraguay， and is the largest waterfall in South America， with a width of more than 4，000 meters at its widest point， making it the widest waterfall in the world. Its distinctive feature lies in its many viewing points， from different locations， directions， and heights， the scenery seen is different， making it a spectacular sight.
3.Aconcagua
At an altitude of 6，960 meters， it is the highest peak in South America and the highest mountain outside Asia. Aconcagua is also the highest extinct volcano on Earth.
潘锦：看你一又友圈发了好多在中国的旅游照，你不错共享些经验吗？
山康：我来中国一年了，去过许多城市。本年新年技术，我极端运气地在山西省长治市，与一位在软件上强劲的中国一又友他们一家共度佳节。而暑假技术，我的踪影遍布了海南省以及云南省、湖南省的多个方位。此外，我还去过上海、温州、福州、深圳和广州等城市，那处有许多我的好一又友。旅行是我深爱的行径之一，亦然我生计中不成或缺的迫切部分。
Pansy: You have posted many photos of your travels in China on your WeChat Moments. Could you share some of your experiences?
Nicolas: I have been in China for a year and have been to many cities. During the New Year holiday this year， I was very lucky to spend the holiday with a Chinese friend and his family who I met through software in Changzhi City， Shanxi Province. During the summer vacation， I traveled to many places in Hainan Province， Yunnan Province， and Hunan Province. In addition， I have been to Shanghai， Wenzhou， Fuzhou， Shenzhen， Guangzhou and other cities， where there are many of my good friends. Travel is one of my favorite activities and an indispensable part of my life.
潘锦：我只知说念你们的齐门叫Buenos Aires，字面真义是“空气好”，这是个什么样的方位？
山康：是的，咱们的齐门空气崭新，天外湛蓝，跟中国的新疆差未几。畴昔好多来自欧洲的外侨重建了这座城市，是以大部分的建造极具欧式立场。
1.CASA ROSADA
坐落在五月广场（PLAZA DE MAYO）的总统府，建造呈粉红色，传说选择粉色是为了归并其时两大党派的纷争，也被称为“玫瑰宫”（CASA ROSADA），是咱们国度的最高行政指挥中心，亦然最有历史纪念真义的建造之一。
2.La Boca
这个区域彩绘建造出名，那时候口岸工东说念主买不起油漆，只可从漆船剩下的油漆带回归粉刷家里，随机候一面墙没刷完漆就用罢了，下次找来的可能是其他面目，家家如斯，不经意间酿成了一条色调缤纷的街说念，配置了今天极端知名的景点。这里亦然阿根廷知名足球俱乐部Boca Juniors的球场合在区域，球队的面目是蓝色和黄色，“糖果盒球场”（La Bombonera）亦然同样的面目。
Pansy: I only know that your capital is called Buenos Aires， which literally means "good air". What kind of place is it?
Nicolas: Yes， the air in our capital is fresh and the sky is blue， similar to Xinjiang in China. Many immigrants from Europe rebuilt the city in the past， so most of the buildings are of European style.
1.CASA ROSADA
The presidential palace， located in Plaza de Mayo， is a pink building. It is said that the color pink was chosen to reconcile the disputes between the two major parties at that time. It is also known as the "Rose Palace"， which is the highest administrative command center of our country and one of the most historically significant buildings.
2.La Boca
This area is famous for its painted buildings. At that time， port workers could not afford paint， so they had to bring back paint from the paint left over from painting ships to paint their homes. Sometimes， the paint was used up before painting one wall， and the next time they might find other colors. Every family did the same， inadvertently forming a colorful street that has become a very famous attraction today. This is also the area where the famous Argentine football club Boca Juniors plays its home games. The team's colors are blue and yellow， as is the "Candy Box Stadium" La Bombonera.

潘锦：闲适的时候你一般干什么？
山康：我是一个工业联想师，除了学习汉语，我还有良友职责，其实莫得若干闲适时刻，若是不错，我思了解杭州的一些方位，望望电影，阅读竹素。我可爱探索一个城市。
葡语专科同学：你可爱踢足球吗？
山康：固然，阿根廷是个深爱疏导的国度，大部分阿根廷东说念主齐可爱踢足球，打篮球等等，但来了中国后我很少踢。
潘锦：球技若何样？
山康：年青的时候元气心灵极端繁荣，咫尺有点力不从心了哈哈哈哈。
潘锦：你爬过好多山吗？
山康：是的，我止境可爱爬山，这亦然我中语名字的由来。在阿根廷北部有好多极端高的山，当我爬上去站在山顶的时候，嗅觉我不错作念成一切，心中充满不凡的配置感。我不太可爱杭州的山，莫得达到我思要的高度，是不同样的。
Pansy: What do you usually do in your free time?
Nicolas: I am an industrial designer. In addition to learning Chinese， I also work remotely. In fact， I don't have much free time. If possible， I would like to visit some places in Hangzhou， watch movies， and read books. I love exploring a city.
A student majors in Portuguese: Do you like playing football?
Nicolas: Of course， Argentina is a country that loves sports. Most Argentinians like to play football， basketball， and so on. But after coming to China， I rarely play.
Pansy: How about your ball skills?
丝袜英语Nicolas: I was very energetic when I was young， but now I feel a little powerless. Ha ha ha.
Pansy: Have you climbed many mountains?
Nicolas: Yes， I particularly enjoy mountain climbing， which is also the origin of my Chinese name. There are many very high mountains in northern Argentina. When I climbed up and stood on the top of the mountain， I felt that I could do everything and was filled with extraordinary sense of accomplishment. I don't like the mountains in Hangzhou very much. They don't reach the height I want， which is different.

山康：在齐门的旅客规划区是曲常安全的，我的家乡也很安全，但在南部可能就需要普及警惕性。
A student majors in Spanish: I would like to ask about the safety issues in Argentina.
Nicolas: It is very safe to gather in the tourist areas of the capital， and my hometown is also very safe， but in the south， we may need to be more vigilant.
潘锦：阿根廷学中语的东说念主多吗？
山康：畴昔不太多，以为很乖癖，阿根廷跟中国距离太远了，有11个小时的时差。但咫尺跟着交易贸易的发展，好多公司跟中国有关系，越来越多的阿根廷东说念主也学起了汉语。
Pansy: Are there many people learning Chinese in Argentina?
Nicolas: Not many in the past. It was considered quite odd because Argentina is very far from China， with an 11-hour time difference. But now， with the development of commercial trade and many companies having connections with China， an increasing number of Argentinians are learning Chinese.
潘锦：你之后有什么打算吗？
山康：完成我在ZISU的汉语学习后，我狡计投身于与中语及数字经济精细有关的工作限制。同期，我怀揣着讲明注解中语的梦思，因为我敬佩，讲明注解一门话语是学习它的最好路线。
Pansy: Do you have any plans for the future?
Nicolas: After completing my Chinese language studies at ZISU， I plan to pursue a career closely related to Chinese and the digital economy. Additionally， I have a dream of teaching Chinese， as I firmly believe that teaching a language is the best way to learn it.
